Onboard a Domain
Add company domains in Arawa Mail, then activate receiving and sending from the domain details page.
Step 1: Open Domains
In Arawa Mail, open Domains. The list shows every company domain with three statuses:

| Domain | Overall readiness for the domain. |
| Receiving | Whether inbound email is routed to Arawa Mail. |
| Sending | Whether outbound email can be sent from the domain. |
Step 2: Confirm Cloudflare
Before continuing, confirm the domain is active in Cloudflare. The Cloudflare zone name must match the Arawa Mail domain exactly.
Step 3: Open Domain Details
Select the domain from the table. The detail page is where you activate receiving, enable sending, retry failed activations, or reset the domain.
Step 4: Activate Services
For a complete domain setup:
- Click Activate receiving.
- Complete the Cloudflare authorization flow when prompted.
- Return to the domain details page and confirm receiving is active.
- Click Activate sending.
- Create email accounts.
Resetting a Domain
Use Reset only when you want to disconnect the domain from Arawa Mail and start over. Resetting stops receiving and sending until activation is completed again.
Remote Cloudflare cleanup is best-effort. If a Cloudflare token has expired, you may still need to review the Cloudflare zone manually.
