Overview

Arawa Mail is an operational email platform for company-managed domains. It covers domain activation, mailboxes, and a developer-friendly send API.

A normal setup follows this path:

1. Add the company domain in Arawa Mail.
2. Make sure the domain is hosted in Cloudflare as an active zone.
3. Activate receiving for the domain.
4. Enable outbound sending.
5. Create mailbox accounts and set passwords.
6. Create API keys if applications need to send email over HTTP.

What Arawa Mail Manages

Arawa Mail manages:

• Domain activation status.
• DNS records required for inbound and outbound email.
• Mailbox users, passwords, folders, drafts, and sent mail.
• Sending API keys for application integrations.

Recommended Order

Start with the Domains screen. A domain is ready for mailbox users only after receiving is active. A domain is ready for HTTP sending only after sending is active.
